Choose the Fresh Set if you are curious about peppermint oil and want to compare it with citrus and eucalyptus. If mint is all you want, the Peppermint bottle is also sold separately. “Fresh” and “cool” describe the sensory impression; the oils do not lower the sauna temperature.
Using the oils in the sauna
